Data Deletion Instructions
To request deletion of GeoUP account data, email geoup@allenapptools.com from your account email with subject: GeoUP Data Deletion Request.
Include in your request
- Organization name
- Account email
- Confirmation that you want account deletion
What GeoUP deletes
Account profile data, organization data, check-ins, content records, and stored integration credentials and tokens, subject to legal and security retention obligations.
Processing Time
We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days.
